We’ve been hard at work drafting the perfect Valentine’s Day blueprint for you. From creative cocktail concoctions and delicious desserts to spectacular starters and enticing entrées, we’ve put together the perfect plan for your big night out. Just follow the steps below, and enjoy a night you’ll both be sure to remember. And if you’re not rolling with a +1, bring your crowd. These are dishes worthy of any occasion.

Start with a drink.

Mi Amaro and Passion Pamplemousse

If whiskey is your thing, our Mi Amaro is the drink for you. Featuring Maker’s Mark, Amaro Italian liqueur, and house made Earl Grey honey syrup stirred over a large ice cube, it’s perfect to sip on before your meal, or right alongside your entrée.If gin is your drink, allow us to entice you our Passion Pamplemousse. It features Bombay Gin, elderflower liqueur, and passion and grapefruit juices, topped with a sparkling Prosecco float.

More of a martini person? Our Blushing Heart Martini with Tito’s handmade vodka, triple sec, dry vermouth and freshly squeezed blood orange and lime juices is refreshing, fun, and stunning to look at.

Decide on a delicious starter. 

If you’re in a seafood mood, our Calamari, Shrimp, and Vegetable Tempura will be your best bet. We couldn’t see ourselves stopping at just calamari, so we added shrimp and veggies to create the perfect dish to get the evening going.

Nothing says love to us quite like steamed buns, so we’re bringing our Pork Belly Steamed Buns to you to show just how much we care. With hoisin glazed pork belly, Asian slaw and pickled peanuts in a soft steam bun, you’ll be begging us for another round.

Want some veggies to start, or as a side? Our Heart Beet Salad is definitely the move. This delicious salad features fire-roasted beets, orange segments, crumbled goat cheese and a peppery blend of watercress and arugula tossed in our sherry vinaigrette. Yum.

Choose the main event.

After all those delicious drinks and apps, it might be difficult to decide on an entrée that can live up to all that hype. Lucky for you, we’ve some incredible dishes to keep you going through the main event. Dive into a bowl of our  Shrimp Fettuccine with pan-seared shrimp and wild mushrooms in a lobster cream sauce over fettuccine. Or order our Miso Marinated Salmon with creamy coconut rice grits, and sautéed Bok Choy. Looking for something a bit more meaty? Our Grilled Duroc Pork Chop is just what you’re looking for with crispy Spanish style potatoes with a spicy pepper sauce, and arugula.
