Take our Pan Roasted Duck. It’s like a holiday dinner straight out of Dickens, only better, since we use tender, mild Maple Leaf Farms duck breast. Our house-made ginger-cranberry compote adds just the right amount of zing, and rounding out the flavors are braised lentils and garlicky Swiss chard.
Eating light tonight? Try our Tuscan Shrimp Scampi, sautéed with artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, spinach and capers. It’s served over fresh fettucine with a delicate, lemony white wine garlic sauce.
If you’re determined to resist dessert, stop reading now. Otherwise, you’ll be tempted to top off your meal with our Hot Apple Cinnamon Sticks, made with spiced apples in a fried pastry, rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with hot caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
