Recipe Summary: Our Buffalo Tenders take ten minutes of prep time, and 15 minutes of cook time. 


Ingredients: 

Chicken Tenders

  • Japanese Bread Crumbs (1.5 cup)
  • Plain bread crumbs (0.75 cups)
  • Garlic Powder (3 tsp)
  • Crushed red peppers (3 tsp)
  • Cumin (1 tsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Milk 0.25 cup)
  • Eggs (1 each)
  • Flour (0.75 cup)
  • 1 oz Chicken tenders 24 each

Buffalo BBQ Sauce

  • Bbq Sauce (3.75 fl oz)
  • Franks Red Hot (0.5 cup)
  • Mango Juice (0.5 cup)
  • Butter – melted (1 oz.)

Directions:

Chicken Tenders

  1. Combine bread crumbs with garlic, red pepper, cumin and salt.
  2. Whisk together milk and eggs.
  3. Dip tenders in milk and egg wash.
  4. Coat well with flour and evenly coat with breading mixture.
  5. Bake in 350 degree until golden brown and well cooked.
  6. Once cooked, toss in buffalo barbecue sauce.
  7. Serve with blue cheese dressing.

Buffalo BBQ Sauce

  1. Add barbecue sauce, frank’s red hot and mango juice to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip in butter and mix well.
