Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • Bourbon (2 fl oz )
  • Maple Syrup (1 oz )
  • Lemon Wedge – Fresh Squeezed (3 each)

Glassware

  • Rocks

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in mixing tin
  2. Shake well
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist

Gingerbread Martini

Ingredients:

  • Vodka (1 fl oz)
  • Monin Gingerbread (1 fl oz)
  • Bailey’s (1 fl oz)
  • Cream (¼ oz)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in ice filled shaker.
  2. Pour into martini glass rimmed with crushed gingerbread cookies.

‘Tis the Season Sangria

Ingredients:

Spiced Cranberry Puree

  • Water 3 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cranberries whole 4 cups
  • All spice ¼ tsp
  • Orange Juice 2 oz
  • Cinnamon ½ tbsp
  • Clove ¼ tbsp
  • Nutmeg ¼ tbsp

Sangria Batch

  • White wine, we prefer pinot grigio 1 750 ml bottle
  • Captain morgan rum 1 cup
  • Triple 8 Cranberry Vodka 2 fl oz
  • Cranberry Juice 4 cup

Sangria

  • Sangria batch 5 oz
  • Cranberry puree 2 oz
  • Lime juice ¼ oz
  • Ginger ale 1 oz

Directions:

Spiced Cranberry Puree

  1. Combine sugar and water in small pot over high heat. Stir well.
  2. Add cranberries and spices.
  3. Stir continuously for 7 to 10 minutes.
  4. Once cranberries “pop” remove from heat. Let cool.
  5. Once cooled, blend smooth, making sure all skin has been pureed.

Sangria Batch

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher.  Mix well.

Sangria

  1. Combine all ingredients but ginger ale in cocktail shaker. Shake well.
  2. Pour over ice filled glass and top with ginger ale.
  3. Garnish with 2 cranberries and 1 mint leaf to look like a holly.
