What You’ll Need

  • Chicken Breast
  • Oil
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Basil Pesto
  • Arugula
  • Red Grape Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mozzarella & Shaved Romano
  • Basil Chiffonade
  • Lemon Vinaigrette

Adjust measurements & serving size at your liking.

Chicken Caprese Salad

Cooking Instructions

  1. Lightly oil and season chicken with salt & pepper + Place chicken on grill with medium-high heat
  2. Brush Basil Pesto on chicken while cooking
  3. Flip chicken on both sides until cooked

Next in a large mixing bowl toss arugula, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Season with salt & pepper. Mix in your desired amount of Lemon vinaigrette to coat evenly. Serve on a separate plate and top with shaved romano. Add chicken & ENJOY!
