
sesame-ginger vinaigrette
ingredients
½ c ponzu
1 c mayo
¼ c teriyaki
1 oz fish sauce
2 oz lime juice
4 oz rice vinegar
1 1/2 T chop ginger
1 T chop garlic
1/4 c chop cilantro
8 oz salad oil
1 T sesame oil
1 T dry mustard
yield 2 ½ cups
directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender to emulsify and hold refrigerated.
