This is kind of chicken pot pie you wish your mother had made — brimming with bite-size pieces of our own roasted chicken and real vegetables (not those suspiciously uniform little cubes) in a creamy white wine sauce, topped with a melt-in-your-mouth house-made golden puff pastry shell.
The moment your fork breaks the crust, and the fragrant steam begins to rise, you’ll be ready to face whatever winter has in store with a smile on your face.
